Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final. Please review our return policy below for more details.All items purchased from ForeverMyDoll are non-returnable. Since each product is handmade and crafted to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. This policy includes but is not limited to:

- Custom-made products

- Items with slight variations in size, color, or design

Due to the handmade nature of our products

1.  Slight differences in size, colour, and design are inherent characteristics of handcrafted items. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects. As such, they are not valid reasons for return or exchange.

2.Please note that while we strive to represent our products accurately, slight variations in colour and size may occur due to the artisanal process. We encourage customers to understand that these differences are normal and enhance the uniqueness of each product.

If an item is received damaged, customers may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1.Customers must report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
- Proof of damage, including photographs of the product and packaging, must be provided to ForeverMyDoll.

2. Return Process for Damaged Items,
- Upon verification of the damage, ForeverMyDoll will provide return or exchange instructions.
- ForeverMyDoll will not cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
- Customers may choose to receive a replacement product or a full refund for the damaged item.
